Detail :  Nominee conduct prohibited under Foreign Business Act and Penalty.,
- It mean the Foreigner allowing to Thai national or Juristic person that is not “ Foreigner “
1. Aiding
2. Abetting
3. Taking part in
4. Taking part in business operation of foreigners by showing as a sole owner.
5. Holding shares on behalf of foreigners.
6. The operation of regulated Business under foreign Business act of foreigner who are not permitted.
7. In order for the foreigners to operate business in avoidance or violation to Foreign Business Act.
The penalty : < 3 years of imprisonm and / or 100,000 – 1,000,000 Baht fine and The court shall order a stoppage of the nominee conduct.
