Detail :  What kind of Business are regulated by the Law in Thailand ?We can be able to check Foreign Business Act 1999 categorized regulated business into 3 lists.
1. Business prohibited to foreigners due to special reasons.
Example : Rice Farming, Land Trading.

2. Business need to be permitted by the Minister with the approval of the Cabinet due to.
-National safety or security e.g. selling firearms.
-Effect on arts, cultures, traditional and folk handicrafts.
-Effect on natural resources or environm e.g. mining.


3. Business need to be permitted by the Director – General with the approval of the commission because Thai national are not ready to compete with foreigners.
- Advertising business, legal service business, wholesalling s.
